Expectant Mom or Encourager Sign-up

The Coming Attractions Ministry targets the expectant parents of our church family as well as an outreach to our community.

Purpose

The purpose of this ministry is to provide encouragement and fellowship opportunities for our expectant parents to get better acquainted during their pregnancies and to receive helpful, educational information related to pregnancy and delivery time from Coming Attractions Ministry team members and "Encourager Moms."

"I praise You because You made me in an amazing and wonderful way.  What You have done is wonderful.  I know this very well.  You saw my bones being formed as I took shape in my mother's body.  When I was put together there, You saw my body as it was formed.  All the days planned for me were written in your book before I was one day old." Psalm 139:14-16

When you join you will receive...

• A copy of Baby Life Magazine.
• A sneak peek at the experience your baby will have in the Preschool Theatre on Sunday mornings.
• Info on getting you and your child actively involved in the life of our preschool ministry.
• Support, encouragement and prayer from an "Encourager Mom" who knows what you are going through.
• A "new arrival" gift after your baby is born.

Be an "Encourager Mom"

"Coming Attractions" is a ministry to expectant parents.  We are looking for ladies who have "been there, done that" to partner with an expectant mom, pray for her and encourage her as she goes through pregnancy and enters motherhood.

When you sign up you will..

• Be paired with an expectant mom.
• Exchange phone #'s and email addresses.
• Find out her prayer needs and begin to pray! (other suggestions: you can send her encouraging emails notes in the mail or call and see how her Dr. appointment went.)
• When the baby is born we have a special gift for you to drop by the hospital or their home.
• Continue to pray through those first weeks as they adjust to parenthood.

We want to pray for you and walk along side you in this journey during your pregnancy.  Sign up below and select "Expectant Parents" to have a prayer partner / encourager.  Or select "Encourager" if you are interested in being on the Coming Attractions Ministry Team and encourage expectant parents.
