Mission Trip Application Process
As a church we are striving to be not only mission-minded but also mission-active. First Baptist Church Euless desires to be a church that is biblical and a faithful steward of God’s Word and resources. Acts 1:8 provides our model for taking the Gospel of Christ to the world. Just like the Acts church, First Baptist Euless strategizes to reach our own Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and ends of the earth.
As you fill out this application and prayerfully consider participating in one or more mission trips, you will be taking part in reaching Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth. Thank you for your obedience to our Lord’s Great Commission. We are excited about your participation as we join in on God’s Miracles in 2012!

Step One
- Apply for passport if needed! Date of trip must be more than 6 months from expiration date on passport.
- Complete the Mission Trip Application
- For Trips to India, Complete the India Mission Trip Application and Visa Instructions
- Complete the Scholarship Application Form
Step Two
- Print and submit a notarized Adult Liability Release form
- Print and submit the Ticket Responsibility Form
- Three completed Missions Reference Questionnaires
- One from the Staff Minister directly over your Connection class or any other First Euless Staff Minister
- One from your current Connection class director
- One from your current Connection class teacher or ministry leader (i.e., Worship Ministry, 6 Stones, Kids Beach Club, First Touch, etc.)
- Once application packet items have been received by the Missions Ministry, further communication will be through www.managedmissions.com. An ID login and password will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed application.
Step Three
- Complete a Mandatory Missions Training course that will be set up at a date to be determined by the Missions office!
- Follow the guidelines for Raising Support
