Opportunity Profile

Pastor of Worship and the Arts
Large Southern Baptist Church, DFW Area

Powerful – Accessible – Orderly – Relevant - Excellence

These words describe the worship and arts ministry of First Euless.  This church has a heart for welcoming all people, is increasingly diverse, and it is one of the most active and full-service Southern Baptist churches in the state. There is a long-standing, rich tradition of excellence in worship and expositional preaching. The Sunday morning experience is designed weekly to honor God and stir the hearts of all who desire to worship Him, and offers a moving invitational experience which allows people to come to faith.

Meaningful worship, a personable Sr. Pastor, and dedicated small group ministry helps to make this large community feel very personal. Two different worship experiences are currently offered in the 3200 seat worship center: a contemporary worship service and a blended service. This Pastor of Worship and the Arts will actively lead the blended service, while overseeing the contemporary service. We are seeking a gifted and skilled individual who possesses a broad understanding of music/worship ministry in a biblical and relevant context. Powerful, moving, scriptural-based  worship has to be a priority and a passion for the successful candidate, and vocal excellence is a must.  This person will also serve on the Sr. Associate Team of the church leadership structure.
