Parenting Tools:

We love kids at First Euless. Our vision is to Empower and Partner with Families and Volunteers and Create dynamic, fun and engaging environments where children and families can Believe in Jesus, Belong to His family and Begin their true spiritual journey to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Since empowering and partnering with families is such a high value for us at First Euless, we provide two important tools that help parents take home what we talk about each Sunday. Our hope is that families will use these tools and talk about what we teach the kids all week long.

For Families of Kids Grades 1-4:

HomeFront is the family-connect resource for the entire family. HomeFront Weekly hand-outs are designed to help parents make being in God’s Word, together as a family, a priority in their homes. Each week, parents have the opportunity to read God’s Word with their children in a fun setting … and the passage they read together will allow them to prepare their child for the Connection experience at church. Kids get to hear a specific part of The Big God Story from their parents first! For Families of Kids Grades 5-6:

The Parent Cue hand-out is an overview of what we’re talking about in the Preteen Ministry each series. Listed on each Parent Cue is the summary of the sessions in each series to help parents dialog with your child about the session. The questions are intended not just to be asked by the parent, but to be responded to by BOTH of you. Use this Parent Cue as an opportunity to find out what God is teaching your child, and allow your child to see what God is teaching you as well. Parent Cues are given out on the first day of the new series.
