Prison Ministry

This ministry has been apart of FBCE for over 20 years. We are ramping up this ministry once again and asking those who would be interested in reaching out to this important mission field. There are opportunities for weekly ministry (visits) or being apart of a Baptist State-wide effort on specific weekends. One of those weekends is coming up on October 14-16 in Gurney, TX. Registration for that particular event closes on Thursday, September 15th. You can find more information online at www.pbiministries.org . Evangelism Explosion is back!

EE takes place every Thursday night in room 133 (next to the Common Ground bookstore) from 6:30-8:30pm. Spread the word that this training is now available, and if you are interested and willing to help as a trainer, then join us as well. Trunkfest

This is a great opportunity to reach out to the surrounding community by providing a safe and fun environment for kids. You can also invite your co-workers and neighbors to work at your trunk helping you hand out candy. Find out more information and how to register by clicking here!

Serve U Mid-Cities Pregnancy Center

Join us on Saturday, October 22, as we partner with the Mid-Cities Pregnancy Center to provide free routine car care and maintenance to moms who are being counseled by MCPC. We have opportunities for you to serve as a greeter, table host, car washer (inside and out), and car maintenance. This is a great way for our church to reach out and minister to these moms who have chosen life for their babies! Wednesday Night Follow Up and Outreach

Join us on the last Wednesday night of every month as we visit those who have visited out church. Go to the Common Grounds bookstore anytime between 5pm – 8pm.
