Teen Parents/Young Parents

Biblically-based teaching by christian adults who share insights on parenting, child rearing, relationships, and other topics of interest to teen parents. Discussion groups in an open, caring atmosphere where parents are free to share their ideas and feelings with each other. The opportunity to express creativity through crafts and life-skills. Leadership training and development. A chance to be with other young moms who share similar circumstances. A place of encouragement, where motherhood is valued and women are special, no matter what their status, education, or personal issues. The safe and positive environment of The Theater & Studio 456 for children to receive Christian love and teaching. The opportunity to build friendships with mentors.

About Teen Parents

Teen Parents is dedicated to meeting the needs of Parents 17 and younger who find themselves trying to fill the role of Mother or Father while they are still growing up themselves.

Teen Parents provides a faith-based, supportive, non-judgmental environment where young moms can come together for support and encouragement. The teaching, activities and friendships are all focused on the very distinct needs of young moms. This group helps young moms become more self-sufficient, confident, mature, giving and self-aware young women.

All meetings encourage parents to voice their frustrations, fears and joys while knowing that their children are well taken care of in the preschool programs at First Euless.
